Orders are authorized and processed real-time so canceling an in stock order is very difficult.If you need to cancel,please contact usas soon as
possible after the order has been placed if you wish to change or cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate any requests you may have.
If the order has been processed, you will need to follow the Returns process to return the product for credit.
Out of stock / Backorders : Any orders or parts of orders that are out of stock will be cancelled. You will be notified via email if your order, or any part of your order, has been cancelled.

What items are non-refundable?

pierced jewellery is non-refundable, and we ask that you try on swimwear and
lingerie over your own underwear and keep the hygiene strips attached.
All returned items must be
unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition. The original tag
must still be attached. Shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable when items are returned or exchanged.

to help us get this fixed for you as soon as possible, when you first contact us please
include the following information;
Your Name, Order Number, Product
Name , Picture of the fault and a Description of the fault.
The product name and code can be
found on your order confirmation email.
It can take up to 28 working days from the date of your return for
your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.
On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the
item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card. The
funds should appear on your bank statement within 5-7 working days (how long
depends on your card issuer).
Pending authorizations are temporary holds on your credit line that guarantees available funds for the purchase costs. An authorization is not a charge to your account. The authorization is removed once the transaction is complete.Although pending authorizations usually last for 3-5 business days, the duration of these authorizations can vary.Please contact your bank for their policy regarding authorization holds.
